Why follow, you say? Breaking news, small updates not worthy of news posts of their own (like this one hehe), contest reminders, and more will all be available on Twitter! Obviously we’ll still be bringing the same great news right here, but get the scoop on everyone else by following the site!

As a general note about the site, we’ve been having a lot of problems on the back end of things with our host, which results in malicious scripts getting injected into the code used to power everything. I do monitor this daily and remove the scripts as soon as I see them, but you may see warnings from your browsers if you beat me to it. If this happens, you can Tweet at me or e-mail me and I’ll remove it ASAP. In the meantime while Kim & I work this problem out, I recommend everyone download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and run it if you get a warning, just to be safe.

And finally, if you haven’t done so yet, make sure you get your show tune recommendations in by Tuesday, July 28 at 1:00 pm ET by commenting on the previous news update!

As you may notice, the website looks a bit funky! Somehow, a malicious script got into the source code. I’ve isolated the evil script and had to remove the .php file, which has destroyed the layout – for now. It’ll take some time, but it’ll be back to normal soon!

In the meantime, if you’ve been here in the past couple weeks, please run your virus, malware, and spyware scanning software.
