Idina at Jiffy Lube Live

As you all know, Idina has been on tour and yesterday, she stopped in Bristow, VA outside of Washington DC. This was my first show, so I was pumped to see her again after a year in If/Then. She was nursing a bit of a cold, but she sounded great and received several standing ovations! I added a bunch of photos from the show to the gallery:

Idina got a kick out of the name of the venue, Jiffy Lube Live and made several jokes about it. She then proceeded to make up a song about it and danced to it. Here’s some of that:

If you guys have any photos you would like to share, please send them my way! I’d love to add them to the gallery. You can e-mail them to me at:

Walter Afanasieff Working on New Music & Musical for Idina

Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter Walter Afanasieff revealed in a new interview that he has been working with Idina Menzel on two new projects! “I’m doing a couple of Idina Menzel projects,” he said. First up is Idina’s upcoming pop album, for which he has just completed 12 songs. Also coming up is a potential new Broadway musical: “We’re also writing a Broadway musical with Idina Menzel. Hopefully, for her next big Broadway show.” Very exciting news!

Idina Duets with Young Fan

This is such a sweet story! Idina met with a young cancer survivor backstage at Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday. After hearing that Amy would be singing Let It Go in memory of one of her friends, Idina suggested that they sing together. You can watch part of their meeting and duet above. You can read more here.

Idina on Tour!

Idina debuted a new song, Child, at her first stop in Seoul, Korea! You can watch/listen above! There are more videos from her show in Korea on this channel. Her rendition of Let It Go was particularly adorable, as she incorporated some Korean. Idina then made her way to Japan for several dates. There aren’t many videos, but here’s one of her performing Let It Go in Osaka.
