Rumors have been floating around for a couple of days, but I’ve just gotten confirmation from both WBR and Idina’s manager in New York that she will be involved in the Chess concert at Royal Albert Hall in London on May 12-13, 2008 alongside Josh Groban. Idina will be playing the lead female role of Florence, with Groban playing the Russian.

This news was also announced officially by the Royal Albert Hall, and tickets are now available to purchase by clicking here.

I’ve also heard word through the grapevine that Idina will be filming a music video this week! No word on which song it’s for, but I’ll try to find out soon. Very cool!!
