K, I can say with absolute certainty that this is going to be the final version of the album cover art for Idina’s upcoming CD, “I Stand.” It’s very similar to the other one released on Amazon.com, but the picture is different. wassat You can see the image below, and click on it for a super-HQ version that is really beautiful.

I’ve finally gotten around to doing some much needed updates in the Interactive Section, which includes new and updated games, plus new additions to the Fan Corner Gallery. I’m still working on formatting a few of the Meeting Idina Stories to add to the Fan Corner, but I promise they’ll be added soon. Thanks for your patience everyone who submitted. smile

    Idina has posted a new message on her official site about the special pre-order offer that will only be available on IdinaMenzel.com! Check out the message below, or by visiting her site.

      I hope you guys all had a great Thanksgiving.

      I have some really great news for everybody. We are going to be making a special limited edition version of I Stand with extra tracks that are not on the standard version. It will be specially packaged with additional photos and come bundled with a unique merchandise item personally chosen by me. I think you will really love it.

      This special edition, which will only be available on my site, will ship so that you will receive it on the album release date, January 29th. If you have not already signed up for the mailing list, sign up now to be the first to know when this special limited edition goes on sale.

    I’ve also been told that the cover art and track listing on Amazon.com are, as of right now, correct. With the exception of the special offer on Idina’s official site, the 10 listed tracks will be on the album released in stores and through other retailers.

    Sounds like the special offer will definitely be worth it! Make sure to do as the message says, and sign up for the mailing list to receive immediate notice! wassat

    Also, I should be getting high quality versions of the album artwork sometime soon. I’ll add it once I have it.

    •CD COVER & TRACK LISTING NEWS •

    I’ve been told by WBR that the CD cover and track listing that were released on Amazon.com haven’t been officially approved. They are still subject to change, which is why I have t specify that the cover we’ve seen may not be the final version.

    However, it MIGHT be the final version – I’ve been assured I’ll be contacted when it’s finallized, which will hopefully be soon.

    Different note: Another Idina interview has surfaced online during Enchanted promotions, and there are some really fun and different questions that she answers! Read the interview here.

    This is what happens when I’m not online all the time. Some great news hits the net! Well, finally, after years of waiting, the CD cover art and track listing for Idina’s upcoming solo album, “I Stand”, have been released! It’s also available for pre-order from Amazon.com – Click here to purchase!

    EDIT: CD cover and tracklisting are currently awaiting approval at WBR — will be re-added once finalized.

    Sorry I haven’t been able to update a lot more – I’m home with family and will try to keep you all updated on recent happenings/media, but I just need to get it all organized for update. Thanks for your patience!

    •“ENCHANTED” OPENS IN U.S. THEATERS! •

    Hey everyone! Happy Thanksgiving to fans in the U.S.! I’m sure you’re all enjoying turkey with family and friends, but don’t forget: Enchanted opened in movie theaters across the country yesterday! I probably should have posted this yesterday, but I was busy going to see the movie first thing in the morning!

    It was an AMAZING movie! I really hadn’t had this much fun at the movies in so long. Idina was great, had some really funny lines, and she looked beautiful. Overall, though, the movie was such a treat! Great songs, hysterical, with amazing acting by the rest of the cast. Amy Adams, James Marsden, and Patrick Dempsey were wonderful. Everyone should go see Idina in this movie over the holiday weekend, and let us know your thoughts!

    Enjoy the holiday, U.S.-ers! And to all the international fans, Enchanted is coming out near you soon! tongue
