Thanks to the wonderful people on So Beautiful, I’ve been alerted to these great new pics. I’ve added 8 pictures of the new London cast of Wicked rehearsing together for the first time! A small article announcing the arrival of Wicked in London has appeared on the Daily Mail (a London-based news source) website. Featuring a picture of Idina and new London Glinda, Helen Dallimore, this is just a tiny little article that marks the first of what will likely be many over the next few months. I spent today capping Idina’s scenes from Ask the Dust (which, as stated in the last post, is out now on DVD.) I’ve added 218 screen captures to the Gallery, but I must state: SOME IMAGES CONTAIN MILD NUDITY AND/OR SPOILERS TO THE PLOT! You have been warned! I made the decision to include these caps, because they are an important part of the film and I didn’t want to exclude them in the end. None of it is graphic or offensive, but it may be something you don’t want to know before seeing the movie. If you haven’t seen it yet, just beware.

Finally, the day has come! The DVD for Ask the Dust, the independent film starring Colin Farrell and Salma Hayek (and featuring the lovely Idina, of course) is now available to purchase! The DVD features commentary by the director, Robert Towne, as well as the cinematographer, and then a Making Of featurette. Hopefully I can make screencaps of Idina’s scenes and get them online by Wednesday — So keep an eye open for those!

As promised yesterday, I uploaded just a small collection of Idina and Taye pictures from back in the day (aka 1996-1998). They are pretty miscellaneous, most I don’t really know where they’re from. I added one other pic of both of them to a different album for Jennifer Lopez’ “On the 6” Album Release Party in 1999, as well. So enjoy! They’re really cute, and totally ’90s!
